It’s an honor to share space with my clients and walk alongside them on their healing journey. I take a collaborative approach, offering support and acceptance to everyone I have the privilege of working with. Rooted in a Narrative theoretical framework, I see clients as the experts of their own lives and work to empower them by amplifying their voices. I believe every individual deserves to be heard and seen without judgment, which I provide through a strong therapeutic alliance and deep relational connection.

With over 12 years of experience in mental health, I have had opportunities of working in a variety of settings, including private practice, schools, behavioral health hospitals, college campuses, and primary health care. This broad range of experience has given me valuable insights into the unique challenges individuals face across different environments. I am trained in sex therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), expressive arts, and creative writing, and I apply these tools to address the diverse needs of my clients.
