Katelyn Vozza is a temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Iowa who works primarily with adults, including young adults and college students. Her work is grounded in person-centered, narrative, and compassion-focused approaches.
Katelyn takes a collaborative and relational approach to therapy, creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can process difficult emotions and experiences. She views clients as the experts of their own lives and helps them develop insight into personal and relational patterns while moving toward growth that aligns with their values, identities, and goals.
Katelyn has experience supporting clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, identity, and relationship concerns. She may also incorporate mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and expressive arts based on each client’s needs and interests.
