“The degree to which I can create relationships which facilitate the growth of others as separate persons is a measure of the growth I have achieved in myself.”
— Carl Rogers
NO-COST THERAPY WITH graduate INTERNS
No-cost therapy at Narrative Healing Therapy offers an accessible, supportive space for individuals who may otherwise face financial barriers to receiving mental health care.
These services are provided by graduate counseling interns who are completing advanced clinical training as part of their degree programs. Interns work under the supervision of experienced, licensed mental health professionals and receive ongoing guidance to support thoughtful, ethical, and high-quality care.
Using a collaborative and relational approach, graduate interns help clients explore the experiences, emotions, relationships, and life circumstances that may be contributing to distress. Together, clients and interns can work toward greater self-understanding, healthier coping, stronger relationships, and meaningful change.
No-cost therapy may support clients navigating concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and personal growth.
Because interns are still completing their clinical training, these services may not be appropriate for every client or level of need. During the consultation process, our team will help determine whether working with a graduate intern is a supportive and appropriate fit.
At Narrative Healing Therapy, no-cost therapy is offered on a limited basis based on intern availability.
